Quality policy

The Management of Vales, aware of the changes made in the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and its commitment to continuous improvement in the design and production of solid doors, particle board doors, armored doors, fireproof doors, and soundproof doors, as well as the machining of doors and frames, and its manufacturing system for compliance with standards, regulations, and customer specifications, wants to make clear its commitment to adaptation to the quality management system.

To fulfill its commitments, Management will actively participate and allocate necessary resources (materials, human, and technical) in the update and maintenance of the Management System. With necessary monitoring and controls at all levels of the organizational structure, to achieve continuous improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, provide training within the company, and ensure compliance with all national and international standards and regulations.

In relation to Vales’ commitment to improvement and social satisfaction, the following self-declaration regarding FSC-POL-01-004 is made:

The organization explicitly declares to have read and understood the “policy for the association of organizers with FSC” as published on www.fsc.org. This policy outlines FSC’s stance on impermissible activities undertaken by organizations and individuals already associated with or wishing to associate with FSC, as well as the mechanism for disassociation.

In light of the above, the organization explicitly agrees now and in the future, as long as the relationship with FSC exists, not to directly or indirectly engage in the following impermissible activities:

  • Illegal logging or trade in illegal timber or forest products;
  • Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations;
  • Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations;
  • Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest uses;
  • Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations;
  • Violation of any of the fundamental ILO conventions as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Furthermore, we want to reaffirm our commitment to compliance with the social and occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements defined by the International Labour Organization. To achieve this:

  • The company does not prevent workers from joining a union or choosing a union representative if they deem it necessary.
  • Forced labor is not used, and the employment of minors is not permitted.
  • Equal opportunities are provided to workers, and discrimination based on sex, race, religion, etc., is prohibited.

I ask the personnel of Vales to adhere to all the requirements necessary for the achievement of the goals, and I delegate to the Quality Manager the responsibility to continue supervising the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the Management System. The Quality Manager will inform me, for review and improvement purposes, of the established system.
